When you contact Nirva Massage Center Karachi through our booking form, WhatsApp, or phone, we collect only what's needed to confirm your appointment: your name, phone number, preferred treatment, and any scheduling notes you provide. We do not ask for or store payment card details online — payment happens in person at the studio.
Your details are used solely to schedule, confirm, and follow up on your appointment, and to respond to questions you send us. We do not sell, rent, or trade client information to third parties.
Messages sent via our WhatsApp booking links are handled through WhatsApp's own platform and are subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy in addition to this one. We retain WhatsApp conversation history only as long as needed for scheduling and client service.
This website may use Google Analytics and Google Ads tracking to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the performance of our advertising. These tools may set cookies in your browser. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time; doing so will not affect your ability to book an appointment.
We use Google Maps to show our location and WhatsApp to handle booking messages. These third-party services operate under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
Client contact details are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for scheduling and service history, and are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
